MVF Golden Duchess aka Honey is something special. Our last purchase, she is the most recent addition to our mare band. “Honey,” as she is affectionately known, was bred by Maye Carter in Florida, and sold as a weanling. She is by MVF Golden Venture(now in Europe), by the late Chocolate Venture, out of TSR California Dreamin', by Tom's Pride. Duchess is out of a RMHA foundation bay mare Scott's Bridgette. Honey is the fastest, most athletic horse on the farm. She can rack so fast that the rest have to gallop to keep up. Honey is tested to be HOMOZYGOUS AGOUTI, and both her sire and dam are silver negative. Her first foal, HMH HoneyMoon, was born in 2020 and is a beautiful DUNSKIN by HMH SHOOT N THE MOON, and she will be retained for our program. In 2021 Honey and Shooter produced a STUNNING PERLINO DUN colt, HMH GOLD N MOON!
