We are DEVASTATED to announce HMH SHOOT N THE MOON's passing. He fell ill when with the Price family of Rocky Mountain Acres in Utah early in 2023, and was humanely laid to rest August 28, 2023.
We were so blessed to have competed in 2020 Equifest of Kansas BATTLE OF THE BREEDS and earned 4th place amongst steep competition with our incredible HMH SHOOT N THE MOON. We placed 2nd in Jumping, off the BLUE RIBBON by only 3 points!!! Shooter spent the rest of 2020 campaigning in Kentucky with Jessica Shannon of Southern Elite Stables. He did us proud at the RMHA 2020 International Grand Championships bringing home a blue in Ladies Amateur and was Reserve Champion in Open Western Pleasure Grand Championship! His accomplishments earned him the Title of RMHA 2020 High Point Country Trail Stallion! He put 150% of his BIG HEART into everything that he did.
More impressive than his show record was his wonderful personality. Shooter loved everyone he met and EVERYONE HE MET LOVED SHOOTER. He will be incredibly missed by all who knew him.
Shooter produced 3 beautiful fillies for us in 2020; a DUNSKIN, GRULLA and GREY!
